Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and goals
Assist customers with daily banking transactions, account inquiries, and issue resolution
Promote and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services (checking, savings, loans, credit cards, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer service through in-person, phone, or digital interactions
Support customers with account opening, documentation, and basic financial guidance
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and retention
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
2–3 years of experience in the banking or financial services domain
Experience in banking customer care, call center, or support roles is acceptable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
Basic understanding of banking products and services
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Preferred
Prior experience as a Relationship Banker, Customer Service Representative, or Banking Associate
Familiarity with retail banking systems and CRM tools
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in banking
