Growth Marketing Director
Legal Soft is seeking a Growth Marketing Director to lead and scale revenue-driven marketing initiatives within the legal industry. This role is responsible for developing growth strategies, managing a marketing team, and overseeing multi-channel lead generation efforts with a focus on ROI and performance optimization.

Responsibilities
Own the growth roadmap for all services and offerings
Evaluate performance of existing services and identify opportunities for optimization or expansion
Lead the planning, positioning, and execution of new service launches, including GTM strategy, timelines, and KPIs
Oversee all website strategy, updates, and ongoing maintenance
Lead SEO strategy and performance tracking; ensure consistent month-over-month traffic growth
Direct content planning and publishing (blogs, landing pages, gated assets) aligned with growth goals
Own landing page strategy across all campaigns and channels
Monitor conversion rates, user behavior, and funnel performance
Set YTD conversion targets and ensure ongoing testing and optimization
Direct lead generation strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, email, SMS, and direct mail
Oversee campaign launches, performance monitoring, optimization, and scaling
Own paid media ROI analysis across all platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Oversee review generation strategy across Google and relevant legal platforms
Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the legal industry
Lead co-marketing initiatives including conferences, webinars, and joint campaigns
Own referral and alliance performance tracking and revenue attribution
Oversee PR initiatives including webinars, podcasts, press releases, publications, and promotional campaigns
Ensure brand consistency and positioning across all public-facing channels
Direct creation and maintenance of all marketing collateral (digital and physical)
Ensure sales enablement materials, brochures, mailers, catalogs, banners, and decks are current and conversion focused
Partner closely with Sales leadership to align campaigns with revenue goals
Oversee sales deck development, training materials, and go-to-market messaging
Own referral program strategy, tracking, and revenue contribution
Oversee email list growth strategies including list sourcing and acquisition
Lead monthly feedback sessions with Sales to inform messaging, offers, and service improvements
Own performance reporting across all growth initiatives
Track ROI by channel, campaign, and service line
Manage and optimize a $100K+ monthly marketing budget with clear performance accountability
Present insights, forecasts, and recommendations to leadership
Lead weekly performance calls with external vendors
Allocate budgets, approve strategies, and hold vendors accountable to KPIs
Negotiate vendor contracts and ensure compliance with performance expectations
Lead and develop the internal marketing team, setting priorities, goals, and accountability standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
5+ years of growth or performance marketing experience, including team leadership
Proven experience marketing to U.S. law firms, attorneys, and legal decision-makers
Deep expertise in paid media, CRM platforms, marketing automation, and analytics
Strong experience managing large marketing budgets with ROI accountability
Demonstrated success aligning marketing strategy with sales and revenue outcomes
Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable growth decisions
