Systems Administrator / Senior Service Desk Engineer (MSP)

They are seeking a Senior Service Desk Engineer who will handle complex issues across Microsoft 365, Azure, and networking, providing senior-level support and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune
Senior-level support for Entra ID (Azure AD) identity and access management
Deep troubleshooting of Intune policies, compliance, and device management
Support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and mail flow
Work with SonicWall firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless controllers
Troubleshoot DNS, subnetting, NAT rules, and traffic types (SMTP, RDP, SSL)
Support line-of-business applications
Configure hardware and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
Identify trends and root causes and proactively share improvements with leadership
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years of MSP experience
Strong hands-on experience with M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams
Solid networking fundamentals (Network+ preferred)
Experience supporting business-critical applications
Comfortable working onsite during ramp-up, then hybrid
Analytical mindset with the ability to reason through issues—not just reset them
Preferred
Teams Voice is a plus
AutoCAD / engineering or design apps are a strong plus
