Responsibilities
Manage and triage the Controller’s inbox and incoming requests
Route items to the appropriate teams (operations, finance, investment ops, property ops)
Track requests to completion and follow up proactively
Flag urgent and time-sensitive matters
Provide coverage and continuity when the Controller is unavailable
Act as an operational 'safety net' to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Support a smooth transition to an outsourced CFO
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a financial services environment
College graduate
Highly organized with strong judgment and prioritization skills
Comfortable managing high-volume inboxes and stakeholder communication
Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive
Able to work 100% onsite and start at 8:00am
