Responsibilities
Manage projects through the full lifecycle: scope development, proposals, contracting, design, and delivery
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high technical standard
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including subconsultants
Oversee budgets, schedules, risk, and contract compliance
Perform and review technical work including design, calculations, reports, and specifications
Implement structured project delivery and management plans
Support business development efforts, including pursuits, proposals, and interviews
Mentor and develop project staff; support recruitment and succession planning
Collaborate with internal leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve design and delivery challenges
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
10+ years of relevant engineering experience
At least 2 years of project management experience
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client-facing projects
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license
PMP and/or AICP certification
12+ years of industry experience
