The role involves managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals while establishing CrisisGo as a preferred safety platform for public safety and K–12 organizations.

Responsibilities

Prospect, source, and close net-new logo opportunities within the assigned territory
Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and events
Engage decision-makers across public safety agencies, municipalities, and/or K–12 districts
Lead consultative discovery conversations to uncover pain points and buying triggers
Deliver compelling, value-based presentations and product demonstrations
Navigate complex buying committees and long sales cycles
Negotiate contracts and close deals that meet or exceed quota expectations
Displace incumbent or legacy solutions through competitive positioning
Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and forecasting in CRM (HubSpot preferred)
Represent CrisisGo at industry events, conferences, and regional meetings

Required

Proven experience in a hunter-style sales role focused on new logo acquisition
Experience selling SaaS solutions into Public Safety or K–12 Organizations
Strong outbound prospecting and deal-creation skills
Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in competitive markets
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities
Ability to operate independently and thrive in a fully remote environment
Proficiency with CRM tools; HubSpot experience preferred

Preferred

Experience working with First Responders, School Districts or Government Entities
Bachelor's degree
