They are seeking a detail-oriented Precious Metals Order Coordinator / Client Services Specialist to support operations in order processing, client engagement, and inventory management.

Responsibilities
Order processing and invoicing, online client support and engagement
Direct client interfacing regarding order fulfillment, payment, delivery, and/or liquidation - requires polish/professionalism
Invoice review and submission for retirement accounts, order tracking and vendor engagement
Coordinate precious metals orders including product sourcing, hedging, and inventory management
Computer skills: Quickbooks, Excel, Outlook, Teams. Experience in financial modeling, inventory tracking, and creating portfolio presentations
Create social media postings and management of various accounts
Act as liaison between CEO and logistics team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Finance or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail for managing multiple priorities
Strong social and communication skills, particularly over the telephone and in person, to build and maintain client relationships
Genuine interest in financial markets and the investment industry, with the ability to stay informed on trends
Proven multi-tasking capabilities, strong stress management skills, and a commitment to consistency, reliability, and long-term dedication
