Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and commercialize opportunities to expand use of POE and POP across Vinmar customer base
Capture relevant information around the competitive landscape and addressable market, including gaps or white space in the VPA & our suppliers product portfolios
Interface across the value chain from supplier, customer, converter, brand owners, and end users on opportunities found and under development or review. Active status and updates on such status are your responsibility. Outcomes are to be captured to ensure reasons for wins and losses are documented
Be primary contact for business managers, technology, and sellers in regard to the POE and POP products; as well as the off-grade equivalents. This includes coordination between VPA and our suppliers to develop and deploy all needed marketing collateral. This also includes teaching the business teams how to identify and share new opportunities
Synergies between these plastomer and elastomer products in combination with VPA line card and branded products are also essential to our success. The development of the other products is encouraged and expected

Required
