Responsibilities

Support Event Managers with planning and execution of football games, concerts, and non-game-day internal events

Create event documentation including diagrams, event outlines, and staffing plans for non-game-day internal events

Help prepare event timelines, load-in schedules, and event day checklists

Assist with event setup and breakdown of spaces

Help coordinate deliveries, storage, and inventory of event materials

Support crowd flow, signage placement, and wayfinding

Take meeting notes and follow up on action items

Assist with miscellaneous stadium event office tasks

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, live-event environment

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Professional demeanor when interacting with clients, VIPs, sponsors, and guests

Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office required

Comfortable working flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and long event days

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift light to moderate equipment (as required)

This is an in-person role located at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN

Preferred

Experience within event management software preferred, but not required
