Responsibilities
Partner with Sales to negotiate and prepare financing contracts, ensuring adherence to pricing guidelines and approval processes
Consult with Legal, IT, Finance, and Sales leadership on contract language and interpretation
Administer contract awards, including product details, pricing, and communication to relevant departments
Accurately set up contracts in internal systems for payment calculations and compliance monitoring
Prepare and manage Rebate and Discount agreements, ensuring timely and accurate compliance calculations and payment recommendations
Conduct in-depth portfolio analysis, track financial performance, and report findings to leadership
Evaluate account compliance and implement remediation plans as needed
Recommend process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation
Provide guidance and assist in training less experienced team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+6 yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)
The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
2 Years of Relevant Experience
Preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Expertise in contract management and financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and contract systems
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of surgical capital equipment financing preferred
