Required

Expertise in Claims Management and Insurance, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory compliance
Knowledge of Property Damage assessment and resolution processes
Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain positive client relationships
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities are required
Proficiency in using claims management software and tools is an asset
Preferred
Experience or background in insurance or related operations is preferred
A bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field is advantageous
