Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact between the employer and staff
Manage and supervise household staff
Manage the employer’s personal calendar, schedule appointments, and book reservations
Perform general administrative duties, such as managing email inbox, maintaining files, and corresponding with various staff and vendors
Manage household projects
Screen and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
Ensure the home is fully stocked and operating efficiently
Compile and organize information to support decision-making processes
Transport principal by car on occasion
Drafting letters, emails, and simple agreements
Coordinating with CPAs and attorneys
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in using office software and communication tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Some experience in preparing and cooking basic meals
Basic Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
