Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production applications and databases, including ESRI GIS portals
Support data integration and pipelines, ensuring accurate and consistent information flow
Maintain data standards and schema consistency across applications and geospatial datasets
Provide technical expertise in application and database sustainment, including performance tuning and backup/recovery
Collaborate with development and operational teams to resolve technical issues
Identify and mitigate potential security and operational risks in production applications

Required

Current/active TS/SCI security clearance and ability to obtain a CI polygraph
6+ years of professional experience in database administration or related field
Bachelor's degree in Database Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of RDBMS internals (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and best practices
Experience with data integration, ETL pipelines, or scripting (e.g., Python, Shell)
Familiarity with GIS data structures, ESRI ArcGIS portals, and geodatabases
