HR Generalist

ECC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support and execute core human resources functions across the employee lifecycle. This role focuses on recruiting operations, onboarding, employee support, and HR process management while assisting with general HR administration and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Post, update, and manage job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
Track candidates through the hiring process and ensure documentation is complete and accurate
Coordinate interviews, screening calls, and candidate communications
Maintain recruiting trackers and provide status updates to hiring managers
Assist with offer letter preparation and hiring documentation
Coordinate new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through first-day readiness
Ensure accurate employee data entry into HRIS and related systems
Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation and checklists
Support offboarding processes including documentation and system updates
Maintain confidential and accurate employee files
Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR-related questions
Apply HR policies and procedures consistently and escalate issues as needed
Support benefits administration and employee changes in partnership with payroll and benefits teams
Assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance documentation
Support internal HR communications and initiatives
Ensure HR processes and workflows are completed accurately and on time
Identify gaps or inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements
Support compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Maintain strict confidentiality and data integrity at all times

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Hands-on Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Required
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional, approachable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor
Comfortable working independently while knowing when to escalate issues
Strong problem-solving and judgment skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
2 to 4 years of HR, recruiting, or HR administration experience preferred
Experience supporting onboarding and employee lifecycle processes preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience with HRIS and ATS platforms
Ability and willingness to learn new HR technologies
