Responsibilities
Review and analyze existing business systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement
Evaluate user needs through interviews, surveys, and observation to understand workflow requirements
Design and formulate system solutions that align with overall business strategies and objectives
Write comprehensive documentation detailing user requirements, program functions, and development specifications
Create detailed descriptions of steps required to develop or modify computer programs
Plan and execute complex projects with minimal supervision, using experience and judgment to achieve goals
Perform a variety of complicated technical and analytical tasks requiring creative problem-solving
Lead and direct the work of other team members when assigned
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure system solutions meet business needs
Present findings and recommendations to project leads, managers, and other stakeholders

Qualification
Required
4-6 years of experience in business systems analysis or related field
Demonstrated experience evaluating and designing business systems
Proven track record of successfully completing complex technical projects
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with relational database concepts and architecture
Understanding of client-server concepts and distributed systems
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Strategic thinking and systems design capabilities
Project planning and organizational skills
Leadership and team coordination abilities
Attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
