Contract Administrator
Robert Half is a dynamic technology company seeking a detail-oriented Contract Administrator with expertise in contract workflow management. The role involves managing contract requests, implementing workflow improvements, and collaborating with business units to ensure compliance and efficiency in the contract lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for business units regarding contracting processes in Ironclad
Triage incoming contract requests through Ironclad, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Continually identify and implement improvements in existing Ironclad workflows
Support a wide variety of contracts, including campaign agreements, marketing agreements, vendor contracts, and more
Review and process vendor agreements. Training and close guidance on risk tolerance and contract priorities will be provided
Partner with business units to understand specific needs and what matters most for each function
Collaborate cross-functionally to promote efficiency and compliance in the contract lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated expertise in Ironclad platform – triage, workflow creation, and workflow optimization
2+ years' experience in contract administration or contract management, preferably in a tech-driven environment
Experience supporting a variety of business agreements
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Detail-oriented and motivated to improve processes
