Responsibilities

Define product strategy and vision focused on customer value
Conduct discovery and market research to inform the product roadmap
Manage and refine the product backlog to support strategic goals
Establish and monitor key product metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability)
Create and execute project plans to meet technical needs and deadlines
Lead technical and product initiatives aligned with business goals
Run project breakdowns, align plans with roadmaps, and escalate risks
Maintain project management tool hygiene and accurate documentation

Required

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

Preferred

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
