The role involves providing compassionate support to clients, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the veterinary team.

Responsibilities
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient check-in/check-out efficiently
Provide clear communication between clients and veterinary staff
Accurately enter and update patient records and billing information
Work collaboratively with veterinary technicians, doctors, and other CSRs
Remain flexible with shift changes, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Take initiative to assist teammates and support hospital operations as needed
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in a veterinary hospital (emergency/specialty experience preferred)
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-stress environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Compassionate, dependable, and proactive team player
Comfortable with computers and veterinary practice management software (Cornerstone, Instinct)
