They are seeking a Field Technician in Dallas, TX to assist with geophysical and geotechnical testing, operate heavy equipment, and document findings in accordance with engineering practices.

Responsibilities
Assist with the field geophysical testing such as GMMIR, GPR, EM and Vibrations Monitoring Equipment, and Tilt Meter installation
Assist with field geotechnical testing such as Manual Drilling, Portable Rig Drilling, and Hand Auger Sampling, Conventional Drill Rig Logging
Assist with the performance of other routine testing such as test pits, plumbing claims soil sampling/ documentation, Piezometer readings
Assist other Field Technicians, CMT Technicians, Lab Technicians, Project Managers and/or Engineers with specialized testing or routine assignments document findings in accordance, requirements, and specifications with established engineering practice
Coordinate with Manager and Sr. Technician(s) on pertinent project information as well as performance duties and seek direction and guidance if necessary
Operate heavy equipment such as mini excavator for poly verification process and properly document poly verification findings
Operate mini-skid steer utility auger utilized for poly verification and poly drilling for GMMIR profiles
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma, or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Preferred
CDL License preferred
ACI Certification is preferred
