Project design for electrical, lighting, fire alarm and generator design systems for vertical construction projects
Mentoring and developing young staff to further our success in the industry
Address construction RFI’s and review equipment submittals
Communication and coordination with multi-disciplinary groups
Client interaction
Qualification
Required
Electrical Engineer with 5-10 years of experience in the field of Educational (PK-12 and Higher Ed), Public Buildings, Healthcare and Federal
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related Engineering Technology degree from an ABET-accredited program
Building power distribution design
Building Interior/exterior lighting and controls design
Lighting photometrics
Generator system design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit a plus
Must possess excellent communication skills, professional writing skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects and priorities at one time
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excell, Outlook, Word, etc
Some travel required for building surveys and construction administration
Valid Driver's License is required
