Required

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or a similar STEM field
Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals
Hands-on engineering experience through internships, personal projects, work, or teams
Ability to manage a complex technical project and take it through execution
Ability to learn and apply state of the art techniques to technical projects
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks starting in September 2026
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State

Preferred

Mechanical: Project-level experience with mechanical, thermodynamic, or fluid design and analysis. CAD proficiency and working as part of a team a plus
Manufacturing: Hands on experience building things or working in a machine shop
Avionics: Designing, testing, and integrating PCBs, test equipment, and/or harnessing
Test Operations: Any hands-on experience building things or performing hazardous ops (pressure testing, cryogenic handling, etc.)
