Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment or systems
Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing solutions
Identifying opportunities to recommend and sell additional products or services, often leveraging their expertise in the field
Installing new equipment, performing routine maintenance, and addressing customer issues
Maintaining records of work performed, documenting issues, and communicating with internal teams
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication
