Responsibilities

Create original, platform-native content, including short-form video, photography, captions, and story formats
Capture real moments across the Dog Haus ecosystem, including food builds, in-restaurant energy, team moments, events, and activations
Edit video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Stories using current trends, audio, and formats
Write captions that reflect Dog Haus’ voice, personality, and point of view
Translate brand initiatives, promotions, and cultural moments into compelling social content
Manage day-to-day posting across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
Monitor and engage with comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way
Maintain a consistent content cadence that keeps Dog Haus top of mind
Track performance and engagement trends to inform future content decisions
Serve as a key outside partner to Dog Haus’ digital advertising agencies, ensuring organic social and paid media efforts are aligned
Collaborate with digital advertising teams on content strategy, creative direction, and asset development to support paid social campaigns
Vet influencer and creator partners to ensure alignment with brand values, audience, and platform relevance
Coordinate with influencer partners and creators on content development, posting timelines, usage rights, and brand guidelines
Review, adapt, and optimize creator and partner content for both organic and paid placements
Share social performance insights and content learnings to help inform influencer strategy and paid media optimization
Partner cross-functionally to ensure social, influencer, and paid efforts work together cohesively across platforms
Maintain social content calendars and posting schedules
Organize assets, approvals, and deliverables across teams and partners
Produce regular content recaps for key campaigns, events, and brand moments
Track and report on platform metrics, including reach, engagement, video performance, and audience growth
Develop concise KPI highlights that roll up performance insights for executive and C-suite visibility
Share learnings and recommendations to help inform future content, campaigns, and platform strategy
Help build scalable, repeatable social workflows as the brand continues to grow
Strong interest in and working understanding of the rapidly evolving AI creative tools space
Familiarity with AI-assisted design, ideation, image generation, and workflow tools
Ability to evaluate when AI enhances creative output versus when hands-on craft is required
Comfort experimenting with new tools and integrating them responsibly into creative workflows
Clear understanding that AI supports creativity and efficiency, not brand shortcuts
Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Clear, confident communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
