Staff Recruiter - Temporary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Staff Recruiter to join their team on a temporary basis through July 2026. Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates
Develop sourcing strategies for assigned business units, including high-volume or hard-to-fill roles
Attend job fairs, conferences, and community events to promote YVFWC and build candidate pipelines
Maintain accurate applicant data and workflows in the ATS
Conduct reference checks and coordinate background screening processes
Develop job offers using internal equity analysis
Support organizational diversity hiring initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with community partners, colleges, and professional organizations
Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field + Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
Minimum of two years of recruiting or HR generalist experience, including screening, interviewing, and working with hiring managers
Knowledge of recruitment principles and selection processes
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to develop strong working relationships and build credibility
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems

Preferred

Experience recruiting in competitive or high-volume environments, ideally in healthcare
PHR or SHRM-CP certification
