Responsibilities

Work with AWS and Snowflake and implement efficient data migration strategies. Optimize data transfer and storage performance to efficiently handle large-scale datasets
Work closely with technical teams to enhance data pipeline efficiency
Develop and implement quantitative models for asset pricing, risk management, and benchmarking
Assist in analyzing large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
Help maintain data quality standards and best practices. Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings in a clear and organized manner
Conduct research on financial markets and economic conditions to inform investment strategies. Stay updated on the latest developments in data science, quantitative finance, and financial markets and detecting visible alphas
Collaborate with senior data scientists to build dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related role (internships included)
Experience with AI and ML algorithms, including Random Forest, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Linear Regression, K-means Clustering, and Deep Learning
Knowledge of Agentic AI and implementation of RAG pipeline
Proficiency in Python or R
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Familiarity with basic statistical concepts and data analysis techniques
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries such as Matplotlib/Seaborn)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Preferred

Exposure to machine learning concepts and frameworks
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake)
Prior experience working with real-world, large-scale datasets
