This role involves supporting the preparation, review, and distribution of environmental compliance test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct quality review of field test reports for accuracy and completeness
Invoice and distribute test reports (via print or email) using proprietary database
Generate consolidated invoices and collate reports per customer requests and regulatory requirements
Upload invoices and reports to customer websites and input invoice details into internal systems
Follow established procedures and timelines to ensure all daily report deadlines are met
Organize paperwork and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (comfortable with formulas and data entry; advanced skills not required)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to follow directions and established procedures
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
