Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to an executive
Manage confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
Prepare routine and advanced correspondence, including letters, memos, and reports
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and calendar management
Heavy focus on event planning, including:
Travel arrangements
Securing venues and coordinating logistics
Catering coordination
Expense tracking and reporting
Overall administrative coordination across a regional team
Additional Support Needs
Build and edit PowerPoint presentations
Perform Excel-heavy tasks (reporting, tracking, analysis)
Use Microsoft Teams and Word regularly
Strong proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications is required
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 6+ years of experience in executive administrative support or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision
Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
Strong proficiency across all Microsoft Office applications is required
Preferred
5–10 years of experience preferred (skill set and capability are most important)
Experience supporting executives and managing complex logistics
Large-scale event planning and expense reporting experience
