Responsibilities

Assist with inspections of welds and components for surface defects, including cracks, incomplete welds, pits, fabrication errors, installation issues, and paint flaws throughout various stages of production
Perform inspections on fabricated components and machined parts under the guidance of Quality personnel
Compare finished products to engineering drawings and specifications to verify basic dimensions and requirements
Help identify, document, and track non-conforming parts and assist with trending of quality issues
Support collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering, Supervisors, and Area Leads by communicating quality findings and observations
Participate in internal audits and assist with audit preparation, documentation, and follow-up activities
Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives by following standard workflows, offering observations, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
Assist with basic quality data collection and analysis using tools such as Pareto charts, histograms, and other introductory statistical methods

Required
