Demonstrated ability to think critically and develop scalable, maintainable recruiting solutions
Unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding stretch hiring goals across multiple requisition types
Ability to drive personal performance while motivating and supporting others to achieve results
Demonstrates consistency between words and actions, building confidence through honesty, integrity, and authenticity
Exceptional attention to detail with a track record of maintaining process integrity and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
