Responsibilities

Be part of a team creating technical training programs for developers that are to be launched across a global audience, in early 2015. Using a wide variety of media, develop course content that is very modular, engaging, and easy to complete
Manage the learning experience during live classes (classroom/webinars) & virtual training labs: initiate webinars, manage remote Q&A boards, launch polls, capture discussion board content, and quickly troubleshoot issues
Re-purpose content captured during live events. Collect videos, case study work, and student activities. Do post-production work to get materials ready to re-launch on-demand
Partner with the Training Coordinator to set up courses, track and manage registrations and communicate status to instructors
Promote webinars and communicate details to attendees and instructor
Maintain an online training calendar of events. Monitor and recommend website improvements

Required

2+ years curriculum development/ instructional design in a tech environment
Experience with training development and delivery tools: Articulate/Camtasia/Captivate, Adobe, HTML, TinCan, MS Office
Experience gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback
Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies
Experience writing and deploying online and live virtual training

Preferred

Experience with product training curriculum is a plus
