Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions to address client-specific challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and present findings to clients in a clear and concise manner
Implement and manage ML Ops practices to ensure the reliability and scalability of machine learning solutions
Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance our client's service offerings
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
Contribute to the development of internal tools and frameworks to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Lead Data Science Consultant, with a strong portfolio of projects showcasing your expertise
Consulting experience is a must
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong knowledge of data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Pandas)
Experience with ML Ops practices and tools
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively
Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
