Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury cases through all phases of litigation
Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies
Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Manage case files and maintain organization for timely case progression
Prepare clients for depositions, trials, and hearings
Engage in arbitration and mediation processes as necessary
Advocate for clients in court and ensure their rights are protected
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on case status and strategy

Required

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Proven skills in litigation, negotiation, and client representation
Strong legal research and writing abilities
Experience with trial preparation and case management
Familiarity with arbitration and mediation processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and professional ethics
