Endpoint performance troubleshooting (Windows OS)
Basic networking, device health, and application performance fundamentals
Ability to correlate signals and identify root causes using telemetry data
Analytics & Reporting
Strong data analysis skills
Ability to translate telemetry into insights and actionable recommendations
Cloud & Workplace Knowledge
Basic cloud concepts (Azure preferred)
Familiarity with modern device management ecosystems (Intune/M365 is a plus)
