Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through offer and close
Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets
Drive consistent, structured recruiting processes that enable fair, high-quality hiring decisions
Manage candidate pipelines and deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience
Conduct initial screenings, present qualified shortlists, and facilitate interview feedback and debriefs
Advise leaders on market trends, compensation, and talent availability
Use data and insights to inform hiring decisions and improve pipeline health
Maintain ATS data accuracy and contribute to continuous process improvement across Talent Acquisition
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments
Experience supporting Product, Engineering, and G&A teams
Proven ability to source talent using traditional and advanced sourcing tools
Strong data literacy, with experience using metrics to guide recruitment strategy
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence hiring managers
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a high-volume workload
Experience using Lever or another applicant tracking system (ATS)
Collaborative mindset and experience working with global, cross-functional teams
