Responsibilities
Deliver and maintain systems are so business operations run optimally
Builds foundational skills required to serve in Systems Engineer, Technology Integrator, and Architect roles
Supports and/or contributes to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and/or procedures
Assures technology work adhere to company and regulatory policies
Assures technology standard methodologies include use of feedback and monitoring to improve the state of control of delivered solutions
Uses standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities
Modifies existing systems or integrates packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements
May perform database administration work
Mentors others on the Technologist role
Resolves incidents (Trouble Tickets) and change requests (CRs) within committed service levels
Collects relevant information required to resolve incidents raised by business partners or system users
Solves problems while showing good judgment
Ensures information assets are protected from malicious content and access to information is restricted to authorized personnel only
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in IT technology roles
Ability to deliver and maintain systems for optimal business operations
Foundational skills required to serve in Systems Engineer, Technology Integrator, and Architect roles
Experience in supporting and/or contributing to the design, development, and delivery of end user training and/or procedures
Knowledge of company and regulatory policies adherence
Understanding of technology standard methodologies including feedback and monitoring for improvement
Experience using standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities
Ability to modify existing systems or integrate packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements
Experience in database administration work
