Stoke Space Technologies is building a fully reusable space vehicle, Nova, aimed at enhancing the space economy. As an intern, you will work on real-world problems under the guidance of experienced mentors, contributing to impactful projects in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Work on real, open-ended problems that directly contribute to the success of the company
Work closely with your mentor and other employees to apply your knowledge and grow your skills through high-impact projects

Required

Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science or a similar STEM field
Project-level experience with Python, C, or Rust
Exceptional command of engineering fundamentals
Hands-on engineering experience through internships, personal projects, work, or teams
Ability to manage a complex technical project and take it through execution
Ability to learn and apply state of the art techniques to technical projects
Excellent written and verbal communication
Able to work full-time, onsite for a minimum of 10-12 consecutive weeks
Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
