Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, customizing, and configuring complex ServiceNow solutions focusing on Event Management and the Operator Workspace
Manage stakeholders' expectations, perform hands-on design, and modification to extend capabilities offered by the ServiceNow platform
Build customized ServiceNow applications and reports, apply technical expertise and leverage a variety of software engineering techniques, and build and refine business logic to enhance team capabilities and maximize ServiceNow ROI
Serve as a member of a diverse team of experts providing world-class deployment and engineering, demonstrating thought leadership resulting in new technical capabilities and approaches
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in IT
5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, including core ITSM ITOM/ITAM modules and tables, ACL, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, and Scoped Application Development
Active ServiceNow Certified Applications Developer (CAD) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification
Experience in Application release management in ServiceNow or optional CICD Release experience in a ServiceNow environment
Strong writing, documentation, and communication skills
Experience with Agile Scrum development methods, scrum management, and Story Point development
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED and 20+ years of relevant professional experience or MA or MS degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline is required with 10+ years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
Other ServiceNow certifications
Experience with the VA
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Public Trust clearance
