Responsibilities

Take ownership of active project lifecycle ensuring the project moves forward accordingly
Serve as the primary 'point of care' for clients, delivering attentive, professional and personable support
Develop and nurture client relationships with a long-term mindset, placing value on loyalty while performing periodic business reviews
Identify new business opportunities by engaging targeted outreach efforts within our current client portfolio
Manage leads using CRM tools to maintain progress and setup follow-up activities
Act as a bridge between clients, technology teams and financial partners to facilitate smooth and effective services

Qualification

Required

Proven success in B2B sales, account management, or related roles within technology sales or marketing sectors
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for strategic decision-making
Ability to engage prospects through warm calling and build rapport quickly

Preferred

Experience in technical sales or business development within a fast-paced environment
