Payroll Agent

The Payroll Agent is responsible for processing, auditing, and maintaining payroll operations for all Dellshire Resort curators, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing exceptional service to stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Process biweekly payroll for all hourly, salaried, and seasonal curators in accordance with established timelines and company procedures
Review and verify timekeeping records, hours worked, and pay rates for accuracy and compliance with labor laws and policies
Audit and reconcile payroll reports to ensure correct deductions, taxes, benefits, and earnings
Maintain and update payroll data within the HRIS or payroll system, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
Process special pay items such as bonuses, retroactive pay, and adjustments
Respond to curator and management inquiries regarding pay, taxes, and timekeeping with professionalism and discretion
Generate and distribute payroll-related reports for HR and Finance leadership as needed
Assist in the preparation of year-end tax documents (W-2s, 1095-Cs, etc.) and audit requests
Maintain organized and confidential payroll files and documentation
Collaborate with the HR Department on benefit deductions, leaves of absence, and employment status changes
Ensure adherence to company policies, confidentiality standards, and applicable wage and hour regulations
Qualification
Required
Processing, auditing, and maintaining payroll operations for all Dellshire Resort curators in an accurate and timely manner
Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Maintaining confidentiality and providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders
Partnering closely with the Human Resources and Finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy, reporting integrity, and compliance with company policies
