Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and manage AI/ML infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes for high-quality, rapid releases
Architect and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to consistently provision and maintain AWS environments
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to support development workflows and embed DevOps best practices across the application lifecycle
Contribute directly to development efforts through hands-on coding in React, Python, and Java to support integrations, tooling, and platform enhancements
Design and enforce AWS IAM policies, network security controls, and cloud guardrails to ensure secure and compliant environments
Implement logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks to enable system visibility, performance insights, and rapid incident response
Scale AI/ML applications in production, ensuring high availability, performance optimization, and cost governance
Drive continuous improvement by increasing automation, reducing operational overhead, and strengthening platform reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience across AWS services—particularly Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lex, and Amazon Connect
Proven ability to deploy, scale, and manage AI/ML infrastructure in production environments
Deep technical engineering expertise with strong DevOps discipline
Solid background in CI/CD
Infrastructure as Code
Cloud security
Hands-on development experience in React, Python, and Java

Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation, containerization, and orchestration
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform
Solid development experience in React, Python, and Java
Strong understanding of AWS IAM, network security, encryption, logging, monitoring, and cloud governance
Experience with cloud-native observability tools such as CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, highly collaborative environments
