Senior Enterprise Account Executive
Umanist NA is seeking an experienced enterprise solution seller with a proven track record in selling technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprises in the US. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US/North America market
Own complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams
Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points
Position cloud, ERP, e-commerce, and BPO solutions as business transformation enablers
Lead solution demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams
Develop proposals, business cases, and ROI-driven value narratives
Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline
Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and reporting through CRM tools
Track deal progress, conversion ratios, and sales cycle timelines
Work closely with Marketing to support US-focused campaigns and lead-generation initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to align solutions with customer expectations
Ensure smooth transition and handover to delivery and customer success teams post deal closure
Qualification
Required
Proven success in selling technology platforms to mid-market and large enterprises in the US
Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle
Ability to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across the US/North America market
Experience owning complete enterprise sales cycles including prospecting, discovery, solutioning, proposal development, negotiation, and closure
Ability to build and manage strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders across IT, Finance, Operations, Digital, and Transformation teams
Ability to achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales targets
Experience conducting discovery sessions to understand client business processes and pain points
