Warehouse Operations Manager
Interactive Resources - iR is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager with experience in logistics and automated warehouse planning, preferably in the Packaging and Containers industry. The role involves overseeing production planning, maintaining inventory accuracy, and managing logistics operations to ensure efficient manufacturing flow and high-quality delivery service.
Responsibilities
Oversee production planning and capacity management to ensure on-time, efficient manufacturing flow
Maintain accurate inventory records, reporting, and tracking to support operational and financial goals
Serve as the primary contact between the plant and customers, managing forecasts, order input, and delivery performance
Partner with customers to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery service and responsiveness to changing demand
Manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels, including ordering and coordinating master batch and material supply
Record and analyze daily production and logistics data to support monthly reporting and continuous improvement
Oversee warehouse and transportation operations to ensure safety, accuracy, and cost efficiency
Lead the Logistics Department, including staffing, training, and performance management in partnership with HR
Coach, develop, and evaluate team members regularly, maintaining strong communication and accountability
Ensure department operations meet company safety, quality, and compliance standards
Manage invoicing, recordkeeping, and reporting processes to maintain accuracy and transparency
Analyze logistics and production data to identify trends and support strategic decisions for the Plant Manager
Qualification
Required
Experience in automated warehouse and planning
Strong background in production planning and capacity analysis
Proven ability to maintain inventory accuracy and drive efficient material flow
Demonstrated success ensuring accurate, on-time shipment and delivery performance
Associate degree in a related field required
Three to five years of logistics or production planning experience in a manufacturing setting
Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
Working knowledge of logistics and warehouse management systems
Preferred
Packaging and Containers industry experience
Bachelor's degree
