Responsibilities
Personally lead and drive transient sales strategy and production across two properties, including leisure, negotiated corporate, and high-value transient segments
Oversee and mentor on-property sales teams handling group, corporate, social, and catering business, ensuring alignment with overall commercial objectives
Develop and execute property-specific sales strategies that balance transient optimization with group and event mix
Collaborate closely with Revenue Management on pricing, displacement analysis, and demand forecasting
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, corporate accounts, and local market influencers
Ensure disciplined sales processes, pipeline management, and accurate forecasting across all segments
Serve as a senior commercial voice with ownership and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading transient-heavy sales strategies within luxury or lifestyle hotels, ideally in South Florida or similar resort/urban leisure markets
Demonstrated ability to sell personally while leading teams
Strong understanding of group, social, and catering sales, with the ability to coach and oversee sellers in these segments
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented leadership style
Comfortable operating in a multi-property, fast-paced environment
Polished communicator capable of interfacing with ownership, asset management, and executive teams
