10+ years of Manhattan consulting experience, with at least 2+ years in MAWM
Strong knowledge of the CPG/Retail industries
Hands-on expertise in MAWM, Labor Management and Supply Chain Intelligence
Proven track record leading large-scale MAWM transformations, including business case development and roadmap execution
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to influence C-suite and senior stakeholders
Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams across onshore/offshore models
Lead and implement complex MAWM/PM projects within the CPG / Retail sector
Develop strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for large-scale MAWM transformations
Conduct workshops and meetings with clients, influencing C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
