The role involves processing full-cycle Accounts Payable, preparing journal entries, reconciling ledgers, and managing vendor inquiries.

Responsibilities
Process full-cycle Accounts Payable, including invoice review, coding, and approvals
Prepare and post journal entries and assist with month-end close
Reconcile AP subledger to the general ledger
Manage vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Assist with account reconciliations and supporting schedules
Support audits and ad-hoc accounting projects as needed
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Accounts Payable and/or general accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP fundamentals
Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar preferred)
Proficient in Excel
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
