Responsibilities
Advise high net worth clients, trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and corporations on estate, income, and gift tax planning strategies
Draft and review estate planning documents, trust agreements, and tax-related documentation
Assist with trust and estate administration matters
Collaborate with senior attorneys and financial advisors to implement wealth preservation strategies
Participate in client meetings, planning sessions, and strategic advisory work
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar
3–8 years of experience in estate planning, tax law, or private client law
Experience representing high net worth clients and business entities in estate, gift, and income tax matters
Familiarity with trust and estate administration
Strong analytical, drafting, and client communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
