Senior Repair Technician
Cynet Systems is a company seeking a Senior Repair Technician to support warehouse operations and material handling activities while transitioning into an operational repair role. Responsibilities
Support receiving and material handling functions, both physically and within warehouse systems
Load, unload, and move deliveries to and from trucks using a forklift
Lift, walk, and transport packages to designated workstations and staging areas
Handle small package shipments and internal material movement
Process inbound and outbound shipments within ERP or asset tracking systems
Support inventory control, warehouse organization, and logistics activities as required
Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Perform basic and intermediate electronic and mechanical repairs on operational tools and equipment
Inspect equipment returning from field jobs for damage and determine repair requirements
Function test all repaired equipment to ensure quality and proper operation
Maintain repair workspaces and ensure adequate tools, parts, and supplies are available to support timely repairs
Track equipment condition, repairs, testing, and replenishment using asset tracking software
Prepare, test, and replenish operational assets prior to redeployment
Follow technical documentation for assembly, disassembly, testing, and part replacement
Qualification
Required
Electronic or Mechanical Engineering Technician certificate or equivalent hands-on experience performing electronic and mechanical repairs
Experience using electronic test equipment including multimeters, power supplies, and oscilloscopes
Soldering skills including wiring and harness repair, crimping, and wire preparation
Mechanical aptitude to perform basic and intermediate repairs and functional testing on mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic systems
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and operate proprietary software and related systems
Understanding of firmware and software downloads and updates
Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Hands-on experience performing electronic and mechanical repairs on tools or equipment
Experience supporting warehouse, inventory, or logistics operations
Electronic and mechanical troubleshooting
Use of electronic test equipment
Asset tracking and ERP systems
Soldering and wiring repair
Inventory and material handling
Technical documentation interpretation
