B2B Account Executive

Jace AI is a fast-growing startup focused on intelligent email and work automation, seeking a B2B Account Executive to join their sales team. The role involves owning the sales process for US customers, closing deals, and helping to build the sales playbook as the company transitions from self-serve to sales-led.

Responsibilities

Close deals: Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close. We already have strong top-of-funnel traffic and inbound B2B demand - your job is to email, set up calls, track and convert
Sell to US B2B customers: Work with business signups, run demos, handle objections, and close
Build the playbook: Help transition us from self-serve to sales-led by documenting what works and creating repeatable processes
Lay the foundation: Set up the groundwork for a future sales team - your learnings will shape how we scale

Qualification

B2B sales experienceClosing dealsSaaS knowledgeSales process documentationCollaboration with founders

Required

Location: Based in the US
Experience: Mid-level, strong execution focus (not looking for pure management profiles at this stage)
Track record: Proven ability to close B2B SaaS deals
Mindset: Comfortable being the first sales hire, working closely with founders, and building from scratch

Preferred

Bonus: Experience at a company that transitioned from self-serve to sales-led in B2B SaaS
