Perform other general customer service tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Customer service or retail experience
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
Basic computer skills (email, internet, Microsoft Office)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
