Project Management & Traffic Coordinator Fellow

Responsibilities

Assist in tracking and organizing incoming creative requests, ensuring all required details (deadlines, specs, usage) are included
Update project statuses, manage task assignments, and help flag upcoming deadlines in the project management system
Serve as a point of contact for project updates, communicate timelines and next steps, and support feedback and revision tracking
Support quality control, file organization, asset delivery, and fast-turnaround creative needs for game-day and events across multiple platforms
Gain hands-on exposure to creative production workflows while participating in team meetings, brainstorms, and post-project reviews throughout the season

Required

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Calm and adaptable under tight deadlines
Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
Basic comfort with technology and digital tools
Willingness to learn and take direction
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
This is an in-person role located at the Titans Practice Facility in Nashville, TN

Preferred

Interest in professional sports, creative storytelling, and sports branding preferred
Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, Wrike, etc.) preferred
Basic understanding of creative or content production workflows preferred
